Overview
Anhui Xinfulong's PTFE High-Temperature Isostatic Pressed Pipes are manufactured using advanced isostatic pressing technology (also known as isostatic molding or hydrostatic compression). This process applies uniform hydrostatic pressure from all directions — typically up to 30–35 MPa — to high-purity suspension-grade PTFE resin, producing dense, voidless, and isotropically homogeneous pipe structures with exceptional mechanical integrity.
PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) is the gold standard of fluoropolymers, offering the highest continuous service temperature among all fluoropolymer materials. Our isostatic pressed pipes combine PTFE's inherent chemical inertness and thermal stability with the superior density, dimensional accuracy, and structural uniformity achieved through isostatic compaction.
The isostatic pressing process — leveraging Pascal's principle — ensures that hydraulic pressure is transmitted equally through a fluid medium to a flexible mold or preform, compressing the PTFE powder uniformly and eliminating voids, weld lines, and stress concentrations that plague conventionally extruded or molded pipes. The result is a seamless, high-density pipe that delivers reliable performance across the most demanding high-temperature, high-pressure, and highly corrosive service conditions.
