United as One, Mission Accomplished! – Anhui Xinfulong Holds 2024 Responsibility Agreement & Sales Contract Signing Ceremony

At the beginning of the new year, with everything taking on a fresh start, on the afternoon of January 6, group leaders, company management, department heads, and the entire sales team gathered in the headquarters conference room to solemnly hold the 2024 Responsibility Agreement and Sales Contract Signing Ceremony.

The ceremony was presided over by General Manager Mr. Tang Junsheng. Before the signing began, the headquarters leadership delivered an analysis of the current domestic and international economic situation, industry development trends, and the opportunities before us. They also communicated the company's 2024 business plan and the three‑year operational goals, clearly outlining the departmental target breakdowns and regional task allocations for 2024. They called upon all departments and sales personnel to stay firmly committed to their targets and budgets, achieve dual growth in scale and performance, and accelerate at a pace that outruns the industry average.

Witnessed by all attendees, the headquarters leadership and General Manager Tang Junsheng first signed the company's 2024 Business Responsibility Agreement. Subsequently, Mr. Tang signed individual responsibility agreements with each department head. Vice General Manager in charge of sales, Mr. Wang Gang, signed sales contract agreements with each sales region. Each business division also signed internal improvement targets.

The year 2024 is a pivotal year for the company's development. In the face of a complex economic landscape, the company organised business plan discussions across all departments and conducted communication and briefings at various levels. Today's signing of the responsibility agreements and regional contracts represents not only a solemn commitment but also a sense of mission and accountability.
